Dominic was so professional and polite and did a great job with our 6 year old Wheaten Terrier. She was afraid to go to the van at first but his gentle demeanor and kindness toward her won her over.
They do an excellent job grooming my 16 year old Maltese, who's very anxious! I appreciate how gentle and patient they are with him. They communicate well and are always quick to respond to my requests for appointments.

There are the Lake Carolyn towers and canal-side condos, where the hard part of any grooming trip is the elevator, the lobby, and whoever else is in it. And there are the Hackberry Creek and Cottonwood Valley houses, where the hard part is a car ride across Irving. In both cases the fix is the same: the van comes to the garage or the driveway, one groomer works with one dog, and nothing about the day involves being handed to a stranger. Dogs who are wary of the van at first almost always come around by the second visit, once they work out that it’s quiet in there and nobody else is coming in.
