Miso never lets me cut his nails so it was also nice to have one less thing to worry about too. There are the Lake Carolyn towers and canal-side condos, where the hard part of any grooming trip is the elevator, the lobby, and whoever else is in it. And there are the Hackberry Creek and Cottonwood Valley houses, where the hard part is a car ride across Irving. In both cases the fix is the same: the van comes to the garage or the driveway, one groomer works with one dog, and nothing about the day involves being handed to a stranger. Dogs who are wary of the van at first almost always come around by the second visit, once they work out that it’s quiet in there and nobody else is coming in.

Yes. We meet you at the garage entrance, loading zone or a visitor space. The van runs on its own water and power, so there’s nothing to arrange with your building and your dog never crosses the lobby.
Sometimes on the first visit, and that’s normal. Your groomer takes the introduction slowly and doesn’t force it. Most wary dogs are walking up on their own by the second appointment, once they have worked out that it’s quiet and nothing else is in there.
