Olivia is amazing! She is incredibly kind, professional, and fantastic at what she does. Our pup has never looked better. This was our first time using a mobile grooming service, and we were genuinely blown away. Olivia walked me through everything, communicated clearly, and had our dog looking great in no time. We were so impressed that we already scheduled recurring baths. It was a bit more expensive than taking him to our usual groomer, but honestly, the convenience and level of service were absolutely worth it. Having everything done right in our driveway made the experience so easy, and the personalized care exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Olivia without hesitation!
Poochies was able to accommodate us on short notice and did an excellent job on my two doodles. Cody was wonderfully patient with my VERY anxious boy and gave two beautiful grooms! This is one of the more expensive services I've used, but it was totally worth it to have my anxious dog taken care of quickly and compassionately.

We meet you at the garage entrance, the loading zone, or a visitor space off McKinney or Cedar Springs, and the van runs entirely on its own water and power, so there is nothing to arrange with your building. That matters more than it sounds for an anxious dog. In a high-rise, the stressful part of grooming was never the clippers, it was the lobby, the elevator with a stranger in it, and the car ride after. Here your dog walks out of the building and into a quiet van with one person in it. Doodles and small apartment dogs run the 75204 and 75219 book.

Highly recommend Poochie's! Mary did a great job with my puppy Riley's bath, blow dry, nail trim and paw pad trim. Mary arrived right on time and was so nice and friendly. Riley felt comfortable with her groomer right away and her fur is so soft and clean now. Poochie's has very reasonable pricing and are easy to communicate with to set up your dog's appointment.

Usually not, because we park like any other visitor and use nothing of the building’s power or water. If your garage has a height limit or requires a pass, tell us when you book and we’ll sort the parking before the day.
No. The van carries its own water, heat and power. Nothing runs from your apartment and nothing plugs into the garage.
It removes most of the trip. One short walk down and your dog is in a quiet van with one groomer, instead of a lobby, an elevator, a car ride and a room full of other dogs.
Baths start at $75 and full grooms start at $130, set by size and coat type. The trip fee in 75204, 75219 and 75201 is $25, confirmed before anything is scheduled.
Only for the handoff. Most grooms take about an hour and your groomer texts when your dog is ready, so you can go back up in between.
