**Short answer:** Book online at https://poochiesdallas.com/customer-appointment. New customers fill one short form. Returning customers are recognised by phone number, so your pets come up automatically. You can also call or text (469) 652-7911.

## How booking works

1. Start with your phone number. If we already know you, your pets appear and you skip the rest.
2. Pick the pet and the service.
3. Give the service address. The form tells you immediately whether you are in the service area and what the trip fee is.
4. We confirm the appointment with your exact price before anything is scheduled.

## What you need to know

- A trip fee runs $5 to $50 and is set by your zip code.
- Prices are starting prices, set by size and coat. Baths from $75, haircuts from $130.
- Booking office: Mon to Fri 7am to 7pm, Sat 8am to 4pm, Sun 9am to 4pm.
